So thankful... for family!

Everyone had a blast in West Point, MS for Thanksgiving weekend! The kids rode horses, rangers and dirtbikes... played ping pong and pool...did back flips into the swimming pool... and even helped brand some cows. Well, maybe we just watched the cow branding! We got to watch some good football (UT stomped the Aggies 49-9) and some not so good football (LSU lost in the final minutes to Arkansas). Oh we we ate all weekend long! Thanks to Milton and Christy for a great weekend... we can't wait to come back this summer!

A November to Remember!

First of all, Chad turned 36 (yikes) on the 13th! The kids got him an impact wrench and a UT shirt... power tools and football, what more can a guy ask for?
Monica threw Lora a baby shower with Holly Sundbeck that went off perfectly it seemed. Nevermind LSU's loss in OT to Bama... we'll focus on the shower! Thanks for all of your help, Holly!
Then Bethany ended her soccer season mid month with a Tournament at Dyes Park. She got eliminated but had a fun season with Coach Jason and Coach "Dad"!
The big winner was Baylie this month however! Her volleyball team, the Jaguars went totally undefeated this fall to go on to win the Championship game last night. That's 36 -0 for the season! Wow, what's next?!?!
Now Brandon is taking motocross lessons from retired pro, Kyle Phenix... so he should railing soon!
Whew... what a month for the Sundbecks!

Safe and Sound

Chad raced the most difficult track in the US on November 3rd at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, CA... and returned in tact! He finished the race, which is more than I can say for some of the riders, so that's quite an accomplishment. We had a blast with the best group of riders Honda of Houston could dig up and can't wait to go again next year!

Newest Sundbeck addition

"Holeshot" joined our family recently from a local animal shelter. He was originally supposed to be a foster dog but we ended up being the family he chose to live with! Of course, Hailey would get jealous, so I have to post a picture of her too... :-)

October 2008

Bethany has started the Fall Soccer season with a bang! She loves to play goalie but coach keeps her busy running up and down the field too. Keep up with her schedule on the Cy Fair soccer link if you ever want to join us for a game.

What you missed... September 2008

Hurricane Ike hit the Houston area pretty hard, but the kids found a way to beat the blues by inventing games and hanging out with friends!

Congratulations, girls!

We took the kiddos to Gulf Shores, AL with the Taulli's and the Stewart's for a little beach fun in the sun ... RLC style! We were there for an entire week and had a blast.

What you missed... May 2008

Brandon had his first motocross race on Mothers' Day at 290 Cycle World. He placed 10th out of 20 riders... not too shabby for his first race!

We honeymooned in the Mayan Riveria at the El Dorado Royale... highly recommend!
